(More customer reviews)Easy to clean and easy even temperature cooking.I have used calaphon, teflon, etc and decided to go back to simple. Owned a restaurant and this is all we used. Should have stayed with those pans.These pans are easy to handle, not too heavy, and look great on a pot rack. I am buying another set for my daughter!
