It cleans up beautifully, with the help of Bar Keeper's Friend-a non-abrasive cleaner and polisher.This is beautiful cookware that will last a lifetime.It cooks evenly, with no hot spots.I am a senior and these pans are not too heavy for me. The handles are designed to rest on your forearm giving you leverage.It is not heavier than the competition, which, I found, to be flimsy in comparison.
Viking Cookware inspires me to make new recipes because I want to use it every day.
Amason is selling this set for a lot less than I paid for it.
