(More customer reviews)Not flimsy, kinda mid range roasting pan, good but lil' too much money for mid range.After first use, used sponge and non stick scrubbie to wash pan and without much elbow grease involved, the nonstick was stuck with food that wouldn't come off. Soaked the pan, and once again tried to wash and food was still stuck, using just a lil' more elbow grease and the non stick coating came off as well as the food debris. So So pan.
