(More customer reviews)While the basic construction of the pans is adequate, the thickness of the metal isn't very thick, so the center of the bottom bows down at the center when the pans are used.This is probably OK if used on a gas range, but the surface for heat transfer is diminished on an electric range, especially one with the ceramic flat surfaces
