The new J.A. Henckels Twin Cuisine line has all style AND the Henckels' quality. The blade cuts smoothly, and the heavy contoured handle fits securely in a man's hand.The blade smoothly cuts veggies, fruit, and meat with no sticking, and is easy to handwash and dry.
Hopefully with my next tax refund I will buy a block set, I'm that sold on the knife.
