We haven't used stainless in years and were concerned w/the cleanup.No need to worry - it cleans up beautifully.If needed, obviously we just soak it first, and use a plastic scrubber, and it turns out beautiful!It's a pleasure to use, to clean, to look at.So happy we took the chance on stainless!Especially this set, which heats up quickly and cleans up nicely.
