It heats/cools quickly. The handle is shaped well and is light enough that the pan bottom touches the heating surface without food inside.I have had several where until you put food inside, the bottom was not in contact with the heating surface.
The non-stick coating is great, and there is a similar coating on outside so cleanup is a breeze.
The only thing on all theses type pans, is the inside heads for the handle rivets should have a coating
because when you scramble eggs, you have to spend extra time cleaning around those.
