(More customer reviews)This steak set has smooth steel handles that look good with my flatware of which I have two patterns. I am pleased with it overall, but it takes a little extra work to cut through the tougher part of a steak or other meat. It it does a good job of cutting through those spots, just a extra work. They work fine while looking good on everything else. If there were a half-star rating, I would have picked 4.5!
