PROS:
-Collapsible, if you are in need of drawer space.
-Heat-proof up to like 500 degrees
-Supposed to be stain resistant, but nowhere on the packaging does it state that.(From my experience with the Williams-Sonoma silicone spatulas, silicone utensils are the best because of their ease of maintenance and durability.They still look brand new after 6 years.BUT, the spatulas do not have ridges to work with when cleaning).

CONS:
-Interior folds make it hard for me to sleep at night.A smooth metal surface would have given me peace of mind knowing that I didn't miss any spots when cleaning.
-The Arugula/Meringue color is NOT the bright green that is pictured, even under bright lights.It is more of an olive color.I'm bummed because I really like the lime-neon green.
-When scooping flour, it seems that these cups get really messy because they stick to the surface.A metal surface would have been less porous and easier to work with.

All in all, these seemed like a good idea, but they are a bit too much work for me.I would rate them much better than those old plastic cups that stained on contact, but the metal cups would have been the wiser choice.If you don't mind the extra effort of cleaning between the folds, then these will work fine.
