(More customer reviews)This product wasn't packaged very well for something breakable, and consequently it arrived broken in a million pieces.However, I am still giving it 5 stars because the seller has been outstanding in dealing with the problem.They immediately agreed to refund my money and did not force me to gather up a bunch of broken pieces for return.Also it is entirely possible I made 98c on the deal.Amazon has only showed a $25 refund on a $25.98 purchase so the seller refunded another 98c just in case the original 98c doesn't show up.Now that is quality customer service.Even though this purchase didn't work out for me, I would very gladly purchase something else from them in the future.
