(More customer reviews)I own many different types of ramekins and I use these more than any of the others.They're very sturdy and clean up nicely.The ceramic is pretty heavy so things cook evenly.I've dropped them many times, still nochips or cracks.I mostly use these for souffle and creme broulee. A greatvalue at this price.(I've paid 7 bucks a piece for other remekins.)
