(More customer reviews)The knobs are handy replacements for broken knobs not available from the manufacturer.I ordered the item to repair a broken knob on a slow cooker.
Glad there were two in the pack.First problem was the supplied screws were too short to use on the cover.I purchased longer stainless steel screws at a local hardware store.I overtightened the first one and cracked the heat shield.Fortunately there was another in the package to use.
I used the cover only once so far and the knob worked o/k but got loose.I think I'll add a lock washer to eliminate that problem.
All in all glad this product is available to replace original knobs otherwise the appliance would be unusable.
