Regency pieces from them, I have purchased other china there and found the experience to be 100% first rate.Would not hesitate to use them again.

(More customer reviews)These are the stoneware dishes, and not the china set.These are very similar to the china set, but the details are slightly less defined in both the pictures on the dishes, and the shapes of the actual dishes as well.I didn't notice this in the description and didn't find this out until I received this.They match fairly well with the china set.

The mugs are a bit smaller than regular coffee mugs. They have rough edges that I find irritating
And the picture on the site shows paint much darker then on the cup. I do not recommend buying it if you care about quality of your china.

The story is about an angry father pursuing his eloping daughter. At the end, the father finds the maiden and her lover on a bridge, and before his eyes, they transform into love birds and fly away together. The lovebirds can be seen on all Blue Willow designs. Keeping with the classic design, ever-present are the willows, the house where the lovers resided, the house to which they fled, the bridge where they were transformed - all of the central motifs of the Blue Willow story are in the design of each Blue Willow piece. The Blue Willow design is stencil etched on by hand then fired, creating a beautiful and long lasting finish. To maintain the lovely finish, do not place in microwave or oven. Hand wash recommended. Set of four; each mug has a ten-ounce capacity.
