I have used too many brands of cookware to remember over the years.My favorite being Mauviel, from France.I needed a couple of frying pans to replace some Allclad pans that had the bottom disks separate from the top (don't get me started).These CIA pans are well designed and thought out.They are easy to handle, good quality overall, my only complaint is for a 7-ply pan I thought there would be a little more substance to them.Again, I am comparing them to Mauviel which are more expensive.Hope that helps.

(More customer reviews)You may be asking yourself "why do I need to spend this much on measuring cups?"And to that I don't have a good answer.But I got mine for Christmas and they're awesome.They're incredibly sturdy.I have a whole drawer full of cheap metal and plastic measuring cups that are either bent or broken.I don't think these will ever meet that fate.

Inside each measuring cup are measurement marks for the lesser measurements.For example, the 1 C measuring cup has a line where the 1/2 C mark is.

The only real disadvantage is that they don't stack too well.

(More customer reviews)I can find nothing to take to task on the All-Clad tools.I have nearly all the tools they make and I like them all.They are easy to clean, no nooks for stuff to get stuck.They fit well in the hand and have a substantial, but not heavy, feel to them.Their shape is very good for the task at hand.The sole negative is their price but when balanced against the good, including the fact that they should last longer than the cook, they are a bargain at the price.

(More customer reviews)I originally was just looking to buy a set of the paring knives. They fit nicely in my hands and are pretty light. They don't slip when my hands are wet. They are very sharp and have stayed that way for quite some time now. (My daughter got me a set either one or two years ago for Christmas and two have gone missing, so I needed to replace them.)
Imagine my delight when I found that for the same price as the knives alone, I could get a pan too! It is a nice little pan, just right for eggs, etc. I haven't used it a whole lot yet, but so far it seems good. The other thing I like about Emerilware is that the knives are Wusthof and the pan is AllClad. Where else can you get these brands for this price?! Great value for your dollar.
