(More customer reviews)This griddle is more than heavy enough to conduct heat properly while being light enough for my slightly arthritic hands to handle safely. I have a ceramic cooktop and the manufacturer recommends only stainless, copper or glass cookware. It was difficult to find a griddle for pancakes, particularly for a reasonable price, and this griddle fills the bill nicely. It cleans up easily with hand washing but comes out nicely when put through the dishwasher.

(More customer reviews)I have bought caphalon pots and pans over the years and found them to be high quality.This grill pan is too light--no heft.It stains on the nonstick coating very easily.This is a good size but needs more work to be a quality grill pan.
Definitely NOT worth the price.
For about $25.00 it would be worth it!
