(More customer reviews)Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Henckles.I think they are the best knives on the planet.However I feel like I got ripped of with this set in particular.

The picture shows what I believed was a kudamono parer.So I was very suprised when it arrived to find a typical 4 inch parer which was exactly the same as the one I received in another set I bought. But when you read the description, it IS listed as a 4 inch parer, which is what I got.I suppose I should have paid closer attention to the details, but the picture showed what I wanted and I thought the description was just describing what was pictured.

I just wanted to write this review so no one makes the same mistake I made.The knives themselves are the best I've ever had.

(More customer reviews)I've had these knives 3 months now and use it daily as I cook a lot at home. They are very sharp and quite heavy though well balanced. Someone with a smaller hand or less beefy arms might find them a tad too big and heavy and might want to look at Global knives. However, these have been great for me and the missus making light work of cutting roast, vegetable etc. A sharp set of knives is a must and these will last a lifetime.
