I do NOT have Arthritis and find it nearly impossible to remove plastic lids; especially when dish comes out for the refrigerator.
Look at the photo and ask yourself how/where you would hold the dish as you pry-up on lid-removal TAB?The rounded bottom makes this an interesting task.
"Bakeware" but only (2) dishes have glass lids.

There are two types of lids for CorningWare® SimplyLite™ bakeware--glass and plastic lids.Glass lids can be used as a cover for your CorningWare®SimplyLite™ bakeware in a preheated oven. Glass lids can also be used in a microwave oven, refrigerator, or freezer. Plastic lids can be used in a microwave oven, refrigerator, or freezer; plastic lids are not oven-safe.
Warranty Information:Limited Three-Year Warranty: CorningWare® SimplyLite™ Bakeware: World Kitchen, LLC promises to replace any CorningWare®SimplyLite™ Vitrelle™ glass bakeware dish that breaks, chips or becomes permanently stained within three years from the date of purchase.
