(More customer reviews)Very nice set of frypans.I have used both and they both work perfectly.They have a thick heavy base that heats the contents of the pan very quickly.Much quicker than my Viking pans.The nonstick is very high quality and looks to last a very long time.The stainless steel in these pans is also very high quality.The flip up spatter guard is just the icing on the cake and works as well as the pans.The Rolls Royce of frypans.

Cooking is a delight in this cookware and we find it highly functional and well constructed down to the smallest detail. It looks great on the cooktop and foods stay hot in the pan long after being removed from the cooker.It is expensive but like a good mattress and a pair of shoes it is something that you will use every day and several times each day therefore the cost is reasonable with that consideration as a guide. I really like the built in lid storage feature and the pans stack wellfor ease of storage. They are heavy but that is what gives them the quality. People who know buy Fissler and when I consider how many sets of cookware we have gone thru and tossed out over the years it is with certainty that I say we will have this set for our lifetime!Like grandma's old cast iron dutch oven it is a legacy item. The lifetime guarantee is over the top and unparalleled in the industry.
