In fact I have even been served these exact Ramekins in a restaurant, that should speak to their quality. We also use them to serve sauces when we serve buffet style or for holding measured ingredients when cooking.
A very simple, elegant and relativly inexpensive kitchen accessory.

They have more flair than most other sets I looked at, mirroring the look of Juliska without the cost, and blended right in with my other dinnerware. In my opinion, one ramekin from this set is just the right size for serving one person, which is what I'd hoped for. And though I do use them to hold custards, puddings, creme brulees, and other desserts, they're also very useful for dips, salsas, and spreads (such as pesto).
**Just something to consider: Though the bolder color choices are appealing, you may prefer to go with ivory or gold. These neutrals go well with whatever you put in them, regardless of the food's color, and if you plan to use them for desserts, the color won't detract from or upstage them.**
