(More customer reviews)I was looking for pans to fit my toaster oven that were no larger then 11.5 inches wide.My oven is 12 inches wide.I wanted a finish that would not flake off, these seem to fit the bill.I recieved them today, but to my dismay the measurments are of the BAKING surface, not the overall size! The overall size is 13x9.Needless to say, they will not fit in my oven. I am in a wheelchair, and depend on Amazon to give me correct information, it is not so easy to get out to send things back, now I have different sets of these pans to return, all wrong sizes!

There are plenty of reasons to love Anolon. Excellent quality, even baking, the sillicone handles so the clutsiest of bakers (ME!) won't drop fresh baked brownies on the floor...But the #1 reason I love Anolon bakeware is because there is no sticking and therefore, no mess!I am a busy mother of three, ages 6, 4 and 1. I homeschool the six year old and quite honestly, I don't have time for scrubbing pans. One gentle wipe with the dish rag and these babies are clean! Awesome! Oh, and I have a tendency to burn things and thankfully, Anolon makes that pretty difficult to do. My collection of Anolon continues to grow, as Amazon keeps offering them at these great prices. (More customer reviews)I finally found a great cookie sheet!The cookies slide right off the cookie sheet.You actually have to be careful not to tip them off the sheet.No sticking at all.Be sure to face the tip of the sheet towards the oven opening in order to get them out of the oven safely.The other amazing thing is the cleanup.Just a little soap and water.No scraping.It is necessary to bake a little longer than your recipe calls for, but there is no burning cookies on these sheets.My sister-in-law has Rema cookie sheets which I just love but hadn't been able to find.These are just as good.I tried several other brands (Wearever was one) and ended up returning them. They stuck terribly. I have the very large 20" ,Farberware 52152 Insulated Bakeware 15-1/2-by-20-Inch Jumbo Cookie Sheet The size is perfect.It fits the entire shelf of my oven.I also have the two-piece set with the smaller cookie sheet and pizza crisper. Farberware Insulated Bakeware Value Pack The pizza crisper does a really nice job on frozen pizzas.No soggy crust.I reheated part of a pizza on it, and some cheese baked on.It rinsed off with hot water and no scraping.Farberware has done a great job again!

They have more flair than most other sets I looked at, mirroring the look of Juliska without the cost, and blended right in with my other dinnerware. In my opinion, one ramekin from this set is just the right size for serving one person, which is what I'd hoped for. And though I do use them to hold custards, puddings, creme brulees, and other desserts, they're also very useful for dips, salsas, and spreads (such as pesto).
**Just something to consider: Though the bolder color choices are appealing, you may prefer to go with ivory or gold. These neutrals go well with whatever you put in them, regardless of the food's color, and if you plan to use them for desserts, the color won't detract from or upstage them.**

I love that they are made right here in the USA. Can use them everyday, as well as for the holidays. The Pyrex lids for the longer dish fits the Anchor too. Can go in oven, freezer, dishwasher, and if microwave if you use one of those. The pics here show plastic serving pieces. They are not actually included. Having a toddler, I would have thrown them in the recycle anyway. Probably full of bad chems. you would not want to expose your child too.
